Secondary  | Curriculum

The curriculum offered by our instructors meets the requirements of the Jury of the French Community of Belgium, for the Francophones, and the International GCSE, for the Anglophones.

However, the Jury and GCSE represent for us merely minimal requirements and do not set the limits of our programme, which in the various subject matters goes well beyond what is necessary for success in these exams.

The small number of students in each class as well as the competence and attentiveness of our instructors permit us to consider these exams, in which our success rate is 100%, to be a mere formality.

This level of competence being assured, we strive to offer our students high quality instruction in a programme that is centred on classics (Greek and Latin) and the sciences (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology).

The records of students in Belgian universities clearly demonstrate that a formation of the kind that we offer provides the best preparation for success at the university level: 80% of the students entering university having studied Latin, Greek and maths are successful in their first year of studies, as against only 20% of those who lack the benefit of this formation. For this reason these subjects are not optional but are required of all students in our Secondary programme.
